SAINTCON’s talk track is curated through an annual Call for Papers (CFP), covering papers, talks, and presentations. Submissions come from working practitioners, researchers, and community members; the review committee selects a program that balances approachable sessions, deep technical material, and “only at SAINTCON” weirdness.

Keynotes

SAINTCON keynotes are selected separately from the open CFP, recruited by the keynote coordinator listed on the Planning Committee page. Historically we try to land at least one keynote that’s a household name in security and one that is not yet, but should be.

Keynote announcements come through Discord and get added to this page once confirmed.

Past talks

Schedules and speaker lineups from prior SAINTCONs are available in the archives. Most years include talk abstracts and speaker bios.

Want to speak?

  • Call for Papers Round 1 is closed for 2026. Round 1 runs in April or May; selections happen on a rolling basis. Watch the Call for Papers page for later rounds.
  • The CFP runs in two phases: an open submission window, followed by targeted recruitment to fill content gaps.
  • Submissions are evaluated by a review committee. The content manager (on the Planning Committee page) administrates the process.

If you’ve never submitted before: do. The CFP isn’t a gauntlet. Pitch the talk you wish you’d heard last year.

Questions

Reach out via Discord. Speaker and CFP questions go to the content manager.
