The 2026 Call for Communities, Contests, and Events (CCE) is now open.

What’s in the form?

This isn’t a 30 page manifesto. This is a short google form. Don’t stress the small stuff (yet). We’re just getting basic info and will follow-up.

• The Hook: What are you proposing and why it’s worth an attendee’s time.
• The Crew: Who is helping you with this?
• Resources: A rough estimate of your needs (budget, footprint, tables, power, volunteers, etc)
• Commitment: Agree to do the work necessary to make your vision a reality.

Each Community, Contest, and Event will need it’s own submission. If you have several ideas, you will need several submissions (and several people to help).
