Privacy Policy

Updated March, 2026

SAINTCON respects attendee privacy and collects only the information reasonably necessary to register attendees, support conference operations, and facilitate check-in. We do not collect unnecessary personal information, and we use the information we do collect only for legitimate event-related purposes.

Except as described below, SAINTCON does not sell, share, distribute, or disclose attendee information to third parties without the attendee’s consent. As a limited exception, SAINTCON may compile company names provided by attendees and share that list with sponsors for marketing purposes upon request. Any such disclosure is limited to company names only, does not include personal contact information or other personal identifiers, and is limited to data from the prior year’s conference.

Attendees may also choose to share their own information directly with vendors or sponsors. For example, if an attendee permits a vendor to scan their badge, contact card, or other lead-retrieval mechanism, that disclosure is voluntary and made at the attendee’s direction. Any information shared in that way is the responsibility of the attendee and is thereafter governed by the vendor’s own privacy practices. As a cybersecurity and privacy-focused conference, SAINTCON takes data stewardship seriously and works to handle attendee information with care and restraint. In short, we collect only what we need, use it only for conference purposes, and avoid unnecessary sharing or privacy-invasive practices
